272 Responsible Gaming — Keep the Fun, Keep the Control
272 believes gaming should be a source of entertainment, not stress or hardship. On this page, you'll learn how to play responsibly, understand your limits, and seek help when you need it.
272's Responsible Gaming Commitment
272 is more than just an entertainment platform — we genuinely care about our users' mental and financial wellbeing. Responsible gaming means playing in a way where you stay fully in control, remain mindful of your time and money, and never let gaming become a burden in your life.
272 always reminds you: gaming outcomes are never guaranteed. The possibility of losing is always there. That's why we want every user to play willingly, mindfully, and within their limits.
Gaming is never a solution to stress.
Only bet what you can afford to lose.
Don't play outside your set time limits.
Watch Out for These Warning Signs
Ask yourself the following questions to check whether gaming is becoming a problem. If more than one answer is "yes," it's time to take a break:
- Spending more time or money than before but enjoying it less?
- Chasing losses by placing bigger bets?
- Struggling to stop gaming even when you want to?
- Hiding your gaming from family or friends?
- Is gaming affecting your work, studies, or relationships?
- Taking on debt or dipping into household expenses to fund your gaming?
272 is not here to judge you — we're here to help. Use the self-control tools below or get in touch with us directly.
Set Time & Budget Limits — The Smart Way to Play
Budget Setting
Decide in advance how much (BDT) you'll spend per session, per week, or per month. Once you hit that limit, stop playing for the day. Think of gaming like any other entertainment — just as you'd budget for a movie, budget for gaming too.
Set Time Limits
Playing for long stretches without a break impairs your decision-making. Take at least 10 minutes off every hour, set a daily time limit, and stick to it.
Don't Chase Your Losses
Accepting a loss isn't weakness — it's the smart move. Chasing losses by betting more is the most dangerous habit you can form. Every game is independent; past results have no bearing on what comes next.
Account Self-Control Tools
Set a maximum daily, weekly, or monthly deposit limit. Limits take effect immediately once set; any increase requires a waiting period.
Temporarily pause your account for a set period (1 day to 6 weeks). You won't be able to log in during this time, but your account will remain open.
To permanently deactivate your account for an extended break, send a request to [email protected] — we'll take care of it promptly.
Protection of Minors
272 strictly does not serve anyone under the age of 18. Age is verified at the time of registration. Any attempt by a minor to create an account will be rejected, and legal action may be taken if necessary.
A note to parents: use parental control software on your devices, keep your login credentials out of children's reach, and have open conversations with your kids about gaming.
If you suspect a minor is using 272, please report it to [email protected].
Life Balance & Professional Support
Maintain Balance in Your Life
Gaming should be a small part of your life. Leave plenty of room for family, friends, work, health, and hobbies. If you find gaming is crowding out those things, that's a clear sign it's time to take a break.
Don't Hesitate to Seek Professional Help
Gaming addiction is a recognized mental health condition. Seeking help is not a weakness — it takes courage. In Bangladesh, you can reach out to the psychiatric department of a nearby hospital or a counselling service for mental health support.
